VSK impact bed suitable for material size can be max. 200mm, in weight of 100Kg max.,  height from the feeding point to conveyor belt surface can be max. 5meters .

VSK’s standard is 55mm, 75mm and 100mm thickness and 500mm to 1800mm length. Special size can be custom-made by request. The polyethylene cover is available in various colors such as green, red, white, blue or black. Besides for general applications, VSK has developed anti-static and fire-retardant impact bars for underground mining or other explosive environments.

VSK impact bars made of an UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene), which gives a very low friction top surface. The middle portion is high quality energy absorbing rubber, which acts as a shock absorber at the loading zones of conveyor installation. Aluminum profile like the bone of the bar, gives strong support and fixing way to the frame. Compare with traditional idler sets,VSK Impact bars combine as a impact cradle can also effectively prevent bulk material from spillage, when your conveyor also equipped with VSK dual sealed skirting rubber.
